Donation Terms and Conditions CDMA Business Model Academy of Greater Washington Thank you for supporting the mission of the CDMA Business Model Academy of Greater Washington. Your contribution helps us empower youth through digital media, workforce training, and entrepreneurial education. The following terms and conditions govern donations made to our organization. 1. General Terms All donations made to the CDMA Business Model Academy of Greater Washington are voluntary and non-refundable. Contributions will support programming, youth apprenticeships, technology integration, staffing, and related Academy operations. Donations do not grant any ownership rights, control, or decision-making authority within the organization. 2. Tax Deductibility CDMA Business Model Academy of Greater Washington is a [501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization / insert correct status if applicable]. Donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. A formal receipt will be provided for your records. 3. Acknowledgment & Recognition Donors may be publicly acknowledged through Academy platforms such as digital recap videos, websites, newsletters, or at events. Please inform us if you wish to remain anonymous or reserve the option to share appreciation. You may do so at the time of donation or by contacting us directly at [sponsor@cdmabusinessmodel.com]. 4. Privacy Policy The CDMA Business Model Academy of Greater Washington values your privacy. Your personal and financial information will never be sold, traded, or shared with third parties. Your information is used only for donation processing, organizational reporting, and keeping you informed of upcoming programs and opportunities. 5. Recurring Donations If you choose to make recurring contributions, your selected amount will be automatically processed according to your preferred schedule. You may update or cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting sponsor@cdmabusinessmodel.com. 6. Refund Policy Donations are considered final and non-refundable. If a contribution was made in error, please notify us within 7 business days to request a correction. 7. Use of Funds Unless otherwise noted, donations will be applied to areas of greatest need across our Academy programs. If a donor designates a specific program or pathway (e.g., Audio Production, Cybersecurity, Entrepreneurship), we will make every effort to allocate funds accordingly.
