If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.
Additional terms may apply to memberships, programs, licensing, or partnerships. If conflicts arise, the specific agreement terms will prevail.
- Users must create an account and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Unauthorized sharing or sublicensing of login credentials will result in termination and legal enforcement.

You acknowledge that our methodologies and systems are proprietary trade secrets. Accordingly, you agree that you shall not, at any time during or after your engagement:
- Develop, market, or deliver services that replicate or compete with CDMA Business Model®.
- Solicit CDMA Business Model® clients, affiliates, or partners for competing purposes.
- Share confidential information, internal processes, or strategic methods.
These obligations are indefinite and permanent, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information, trade secrets, methodologies, and materials. Disclosure for personal gain or third-party use is prohibited permanently.
Users may not:
- Attempt to bypass restrictions.
- Engage in scraping or data extraction.
- Upload harmful code or interfere with the Site.
Membership Access, Restrictions, and Enforcement
Memberships provide limited, revocable, non-transferable access to designated content, services, or areas of this site only. A membership is not a license, does not transfer ownership, and does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, adapt, teach from, republish, commercialize, or otherwise use CDMA Business Model® content outside the scope expressly stated. Any license, certification, partnership, media use right, institutional use right, or other authorized use must be separately applied for, reviewed, approved in writing, and, where applicable, paid for under a separate agreement.
Access levels, features, pricing, participation conditions, and included materials may vary by offering and are subject to change, restriction, suspension, or discontinuation at any time in the sole discretion of CDMA Business Model®. Additional terms, conditions, disclaimers, notices, and site-viewing rules may apply to certain pages, purchases, portals, downloads, or services, and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All site content and related materials, whether public, private, paid, complimentary, downloadable, viewable, streamed, or otherwise accessed, are protected proprietary materials. This includes, without limitation, trademarks, brand language, site language, frameworks, methodologies, systems, training structures, written materials, digital content, media, graphics, layouts, strategy language, and membership materials. Sharing, forwarding, reposting, copying, downloading for redistribution, screen recording, unauthorized screenshotting, adapting, teaching from, sublicensing, mirroring, reverse engineering, competitive use, or creating derivative works from any portion of this site or its contents is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Any unauthorized use, misuse, disclosure, imitation, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of proprietary content shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, revocation of membership privileges, denial of future access, legal enforcement, injunctive relief, and pursuit of all available remedies.
Use of this site and its content is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDMA Business Model®, its affiliates, officers, agents, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to access to, use of, or inability to use this site, its content, memberships, or related services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CDMA Business Model®, its affiliates, officers, agents, licensors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized use of the site, misuse of proprietary content, infringement, or violation of law or third-party rights.
CDMA Business Model® reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to monitor use, investigate suspected misuse, restrict access, suspend services, terminate accounts, revoke memberships, block users, and take any action necessary to protect its proprietary rights, brand integrity, business interests, or site operations.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this site, its content, any membership, purchase, service, or these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in New York County, New York under its applicable commercial rules.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, CDMA Business Model® shall have the absolute right to seek immediate temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctive relief, equitable relief, specific performance, and other emergency remedies in any state or federal court located in New York County, New York for matters involving unauthorized use, infringement, imitation, copying, disclosure, misappropriation, competitive misuse, or threatened harm to proprietary rights or business interests. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts for such purposes and waive objections to jurisdiction or venue.
You further agree that any breach involving proprietary materials, restricted content, intellectual property, or unauthorized access may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages alone would be inadequate, and that CDMA Business Model® shall be entitled to seek equitable relief without waiver of any other rights or remedies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding, and waive any right to a jury trial in connection with disputes arising from these Terms, this site, its content, memberships, or related services.
The prevailing party in any arbitration, court action, enforcement proceeding, or dispute related to these Terms shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees, costs, expenses, filing fees, and enforcement-related expenditures to the fullest extent permitted by law.
CDMA Business Model® may revise, update, supplement, or modify these Terms, site conditions, access rules, offerings, and related policies at any time, with or without notice. Continued viewing, access, purchase, or use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
