By accessing or using https://www.cdmabusinessmodel.com (“Site”), affiliated platforms, or registering for services provided by CDMA Business Model®, CDMA Business Model of Greater Washington®, CDMA Business Model LLC, and all affiliated entities (collectively, “CDMA Business Model®,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you (“User,” “Member”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.
Additional terms may apply to memberships, programs, licensing, or partnerships. If conflicts arise, the specific agreement terms will prevail.
- Users must create an account and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Unauthorized sharing or sublicensing of login credentials will result in termination and legal enforcement.
All content is delivered through controlled access (e.g., streaming or view-only). You may not:
- Download, copy, record, redistribute, or alter content.
- Circumvent security or capture proprietary material.
- Use content for commercial or competing purposes.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. Ownership remains exclusively with CDMA Business Model®.
All frameworks, methodologies, curriculum, digital tools, designs, and strategic processes are the sole intellectual property of CDMA Business Model®.
You agree not to:
- Copy, clone, or reverse-engineer our systems.
- Create derivative works.
- Use any part of the business model outside your membership or without express written consent.
You acknowledge that our methodologies and systems are proprietary trade secrets. Accordingly, you agree that you shall not, at any time during or after your engagement:
- Develop, market, or deliver services that replicate or compete with CDMA Business Model®.
- Solicit CDMA Business Model® clients, affiliates, or partners for competing purposes.
- Share confidential information, internal processes, or strategic methods.
These obligations are indefinite and permanent, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information, trade secrets, methodologies, and materials. Disclosure for personal gain or third-party use is prohibited permanently.
Users may not:
- Attempt to bypass restrictions.
- Engage in scraping or data extraction.
- Upload harmful code or interfere with the Site.
Memberships grant varying levels of access, which may change. Sharing content is strictly prohibited.
Refunds within 24 hours only to follow the terms presented at purchase. Requests must be sent to billing@cdmabusinessmodel.com.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or content. Use is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CDMA Business Model®, affiliates, officers, and agents against claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, prohibited activity, or misuse of proprietary content.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The prevailing party may recover attorney’s fees and costs.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
