Lens Legacy Touchpoint Program™: Terms and Conditions To ensure a meaningful and impactful experience for all participants, we have established the following guidelines for eligibility, commitment, and community engagement. Eligibility Requirements Referral by a CDMA Business Model Premier VIP Elite Member Applicants must be referred by a CDMA Business Model Premier VIP Member who has successfully completed a CDMA program. The referral helps ensure that participants are prepared to engage and contribute meaningfully to the program. Program Experience Applicants must have successfully completed a previous CDMA program or demonstrated measurable progress in their creative journey. Success is defined by building on previous accomplishments and actively contributing to the program’s initiatives. Commitment Requirements Time Availability Participants should dedicate a meaningful portion of their time to the program, ensuring they gain the most from learning, practice, and engagement. Goal-Driven Dedication Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to setting personal goals and working towards achieving them. Willingness to Learn Participants should be open to learning new skills in photography and storytelling, embracing feedback to improve and grow. Leadership and Positive Influence Participants are encouraged to inspire and uplift their peers and community through their creative work. Work Submission Guidelines Original and Unedited Work All submitted work must be authored solely by the participant and remain unedited to reflect their authentic creative vision. Positive Community Impact Participants' projects should focus on positively serving the community and contributing to social good. The program does not support projects that do not align with this mission. Professional and Ethical Conduct Brand Representation Participants should represent themselves and the program with professionalism, integrity, and respect. Community Responsibility The skills and equipment provided through the program should be used to create positive, inspiring, and community-focused content. Program Enrollment and Sponsorship Cycle Enrollment and sponsorship announcements occur in the fall and must be confirmed before December 31 of the calendar year. Community Impact Pledge By joining the Lens Legacy Touchpoint Program, participants agree to: Use their photography skills to contribute positively to their community. Submit 10 demo photos by December 31 of the application calendar year, for feedback and growth. Stay dedicated to the program’s vision and inspire others through their creative journey. Agreement Acknowledgment Applicants must review these terms and confirm their understanding and acceptance before proceeding with the program. Acknowledging this agreement signifies the applicant's commitment to upholding the values of the Lens Legacy Touchpoint Program. Next Steps If you agree to these terms, please reply to this email with your confirmation.
