Onsite Policies and Conditions

CDMA Business Model Academy of Greater Washington – On-Site Policies Agreement Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall | Volunteer & Apprentice Expectations To ensure a safe, professional, and respectful environment, all youth leaders, apprentices, and volunteers are required to acknowledge and follow the policies listed below while on-site. By signing below, I agree to the following: 🔹 Conduct & Communication I will use respectful language at all times — no profanity, inappropriate jokes, or aggressive behavior. I will communicate with professionalism, whether speaking with peers, adults, media, or community members. I will not solicit or promote personal products, services, or causes while representing the organization. 🔹 Attire & Appearance I will wear professional attire or assigned staff uniform as directed. Clothing should be clean, appropriate, and aligned with the tone of the event. If unsure about what is acceptable, I will check in with a team lead. 🔹 Responsibility & Representation I understand that I am representing CDMA Business Model Academy and the Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall. I will remain in my assigned station and follow instructions from team leads or event supervisors. I will not speak on behalf of the organization unless I’ve been given permission to do so. I will refer all media inquiries to Olive or Jordan and immediately notify a supervisor. 🔹 Engagement & Respect I will treat all participants, guests, and teammates with respect and inclusivity. I will refrain from horseplay, distracting behavior, or excessive phone use while working. I will do my part to maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment throughout the event.

Uniform Policy

Uniform & Dress Code Policy As a representative of the CDMA Business Model Academy and the Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall, I understand that my appearance reflects our collective values of professionalism, purpose, and pride. By signing below, I agree to the following uniform guidelines: I will wear my assigned “Staff” shirt with pride during all official activities and while on duty. I will not wear ripped jeans, distressed clothing, or items with inappropriate designs or slogans. I will keep my hair neat and groomed, showing respect for myself, my team, and the event. When possible, I will wear dark or tan shorts, skirts, or khakis that are appropriate for a public-facing event. I understand that outdoor events may allow for more comfort, but I will always maintain a clean, presentable look and will ask my supervisor for clarity if I’m unsure what is appropriate.
