By scheduling a strategy session with CDMA Business Model you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Purpose of the Meeting This session is a consultative discussion to review strategic priorities, clarify expectations, and explore potential collaboration. No commitments, agreements, or contractual obligations will be made during or as a result of this meeting. Meeting Duration & Structure The session will be limited to 60 minutes. Discussion topics must be outlined in advance via the registration form to ensure an efficient and focused conversation. No Guarantees or Immediate Decisions This meeting does not guarantee service renewals, contract modifications, or future engagements. Any decisions regarding partnerships, services, or budgeting will require separate review and approval processes. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct Both parties agree to conduct the meeting in a professional and respectful manner. Any proprietary or sensitive information discussed will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Third-party involvement must be disclosed in advance. Follow-Up & Next Steps If further discussions are required after the session, they will be scheduled separately. Any formal agreements or proposals will be presented in writing following internal review and approval. Scheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed meetings without prior notice may not be rescheduled. Jurisdiction & Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York City, New York. Any disputes arising from this session shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of New York City, New York.
