1. Good Faith Submission:
   Submission of this form is an expression of interest and does not guarantee acceptance or partnership with the CDMA Business Model Academy. All applications will be reviewed in good faith to assess alignment with the Academy’s objectives and mission.
2. Non-Guaranteed Acceptance:
   The Academy reserves the right to evaluate, accept, or decline submissions based on its discretion. Meeting initial criteria or completing this form does not obligate the Academy to offer a position or role.
3. Voluntary Participation:
   Participation in any capacity, whether as a board member, advisor, or independent contractor, is contingent upon approval by the Academy. Any approved participation is voluntary unless otherwise determined in writing  and must comply with all applicable Academy rules and guidelines.
4. Adherence to Policies:
   All participants must adhere to the Academy’s policies to ensure a safe, productive, and respectful environment for all involved. This includes maintaining professionalism, respecting the Academy’s values and objectives, and contributing positively to the community.
5. Revocation of Privileges:
   Failure to comply with these guidelines, or engaging in behavior deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the Academy’s mission, may result in the immediate revocation of any privileges or roles granted by the Academy.
6. Background Checks:
   The Academy may require participants to undergo a background check as part of the approval process. Your consent will be sought prior to initiating any background check.
7. Mutual Expectations:
   By submitting this form, you confirm your understanding that participation is a collaborative effort grounded in mutual respect, accountability, and shared goals. You also agree to uphold these principles in all interactions with the Academy.
8. No Obligation to Engage:
   The CDMA Business Model Academy reserves the right to decline any submission or to terminate discussions at any stage without providing further justification.
