We are committed to providing exceptional service for our VIP Elite members and new applicants. Please review the cancellation policy for the VIP Elite Membership Brand Assessment and Pathways to Excellence Strategy Meetings below:
Brand Assessment Sessions
- All Sales Final: Payments for the VIP Elite Membership Brand Assessment are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests may be accommodated if made at least 7 business days before the scheduled session. After this period, rescheduling will not be possible.
Pathways to Excellence Strategy Meetings
- Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or certified mail) at least 14 days prior to the scheduled meeting to avoid fees.
- Refund Policy:
- If cancellation is requested 14 days or more in advance, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- For cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 7 days in advance, a 50% refund of the session fee will be issued.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy for All Sessions
- For members who do not attend without prior notice, the session fee is forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
