Terms & Conditions By purchasing any of The Founders Lab’s Nonprofit Launch Packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Scope & Deliverables Each package includes only the services explicitly listed. Additional services can be requested at an extra cost. IRS tax-exempt approval timelines are determined by the IRS. The Founders Lab is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies. Website development includes a basic 4-page site (for Tier 3). Additional pages or custom features require an extra fee. 2. Payment & No Refund Policy A non-refundable deposit of [X]% is required to begin services. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Full payment must be made before the final submission of documents or website launch. If the client fails to provide required information within the agreed timeline, services may be delayed, but refunds will not be issued. 3. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate and timely information needed for document filings, branding, and website development. The Founders Lab is not responsible for denied applications due to client errors, misinformation, or failure to meet IRS/state requirements. Any delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses, missing documents) will extend project timelines. 4. Revisions & Support Paperwork-related revisions are limited to one round before submission. Additional changes may incur extra fees. Logo and website design include two revision rounds. Extra revisions are subject to additional charges. Post-launch website updates are not included unless a maintenance package is purchased. 5. Liability & Compliance The Founders Lab provides consulting and preparation services only. We do not guarantee IRS approval or funding success. Clients are responsible for maintaining compliance with state and federal nonprofit regulations after formation. The Founders Lab is not liable for any legal, financial, or operational issues resulting from the use of our services. 6. Confidentiality All client information is kept confidential and used solely for service fulfillment. We do not share or sell client data to third parties. 7. Legal Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Washington, D.C. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Washington, D.C. By proceeding with any package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
